There is one address and a person behind it. Corrections to the register are the most useful thing you can send: a company that changed its fee model, a market it no longer covers, a tool that shut down.

If you are telling us a row is wrong, send the source that shows it. A correction does not require anyone to be persuaded, only shown.

This site is published by The Host Register. The register also lists One Fine BnB, which is connected to the publisher; that relationship is disclosed on every page where the company appears in an order.

Messages are read by a person, not an auto-responder. A correction with a source attached is acted on first, because it changes what other owners read.

Requests about your personal data go to the same address. What we hold and how long is set out in the privacy policy.

No opening hours are quoted here, and that is deliberate. The register is kept by a person rather than a support rota, so a message is answered when it is reached and not inside a promised window.

Corrections that arrive with a source attached are handled before anything else, because they change what other owners read. If a reply matters by a particular date, say so in the first line and it will be treated accordingly.
